The Henderson County Colonels came up short against  the Evansville Harrison Warriors on Saturday, falling  17-5. The Colonels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Henderson County got a good showing from  Christian Haygan, who   pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit.
 At the plate,  Hunter Evans made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.  Cooper Vowels also deserves some recognition as  he  hit his first  double of the season.
Henderson County's record is now 2-9. As for Evansville Harrison,  the  victory  got them back to even at 2-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Henderson County will head out to  take on Murray  at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Evansville Harrison, they will venture away from home to  face off against Boonville  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
