The West Point-Beemer Cadets posted their biggest win since December 5, 2023 on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 56-32 margin over Wisner-Pilger. The victory made it back-to-back wins for West Point-Beemer.
Leading West Point-Beemer to victory were Colten Haber and Brayden Doggett. Haber scored 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Doggett scored 16 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. Haber hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Peyton Penrose, who scored eight points.
West Point-Beemer's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-7. As for Wisner-Pilger, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
West Point-Beemer will head out on the road to challenge Pierce at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pierce is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak. As for Wisner-Pilger, they will be playing at home against Howells-Dodge on Monday. Howells-Dodge is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road.
