Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Cumberland Christian, who are still winless after their sixth contest. They were dealt a 79-12 defeat at the hands of Atlantic Christian on Friday. While losing is never fun, Cumberland Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 398th, while Atlantic Christian is ranked 120th).
Calvary Academy bumped their record down to 0-4 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Cumberland Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
