Even though the Lynn Bears have not done well against the Meek Tigers recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Lynn walked away with a 60-48 win over Meek. The win made it back-to-back wins for Lynn.
Lynn's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cale Tittle led the charge by scoring 18 points along with 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Kelly, who scored 10 points along with 6 rebounds.
Lynn's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Meek, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Lynn will head out on the road to face off against Hubbertville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Meek, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Bernard Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
