 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Canyon del Oro took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11,  25-12.
 Canyon del Oro can attribute much of their success to  Abbey Garner, who  had six  digs and two  aces.
 Vista Grande's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Canyon del Oro, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record  this season.
