South Granville's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11. As for Louisburg, they dropped their record down to 9-11 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
South Granville came up short against Louisburg in their previous meeting back in January, falling 56-44. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Louisburg's Chloe Arrington, who scored 18 points along with three steals and two blocks.
