Bryleigh Carlisle-Haltom was dialed in as she didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched. She was dominant the last time she took on Perry Meridian back in April of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with two or fewer walks. For the year, Carlisle-Haltom has an ERA of 2.47 over 17 innings pitched.

Carlisle-Haltom's effort led Franklin Community over Perry Meridian and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Grizzly Cubs are 7-2 against the Falcons going back to April of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
