The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Zimmerman, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Pine Grove's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Palisades, with the loss, they broke their 15-game winning streak and moved their record to 21-4.
