Hudson had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.3 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 42-21 margin over the North Royalton Bears. The Explorers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

North Royalton's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Riley Painter, who posted six points. Hanna Baskhron also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Hudson's win bumped their record up to 17-3. As for North Royalton, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-17.

Hudson has already played their next matchup, a 57-32 victory against Roosevelt on the 8th. As for North Royalton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 56-47 win against Revere on the 8th.
