In what's become a running theme this season, West Lafayette gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Twin Lakes Indians with a sharp  19-13 win. The  victory was nothing new for West Lafayette as they're now sitting on seven straight.
  Eleanor Hurt was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with four  runs, three  RBI,  and a  triple. The team also got some help courtesy of  Adrianne Tolen, who  scored four  runs while going 4-for-6.
 On Twin Lakes' side,  Taylor Oliver was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Kendra Hughes, who  went 3-for-4 with two  RBI and a  double.
 West Lafayette's win bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Twin Lakes, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.
 West Lafayette will challenge Kankakee Valley at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Twin Lakes, they will challenge Pioneer at 5:30  p.m.  on Friday.
