Abraham Lincoln is on a three-game streak of home wins, while the Speedboys are on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters will take on the West Philadelphia Speedboys at 3:15  p.m.  on Thursday. Abraham Lincoln knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past five games -- so hopefully the Speedboys likes a good challenge.
 Even though John Bartram scored an imposing 79 points on Tuesday, Abraham Lincoln still came out on top. Abraham Lincoln secured a  84-79 W over the Braves. Given Abraham Lincoln's advantage  in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings  (they are ranked 232nd, while the Braves are ranked 505th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Abraham Lincoln's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Malachi Montgomery, who  scored 26 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Mason Smith, who  scored 23 points.
 Meanwhile,  even though Overbrook scored an imposing 58 points on Tuesday, West Philadelphia still came out on top. West Philadelphia walked away with  a   66-58  win over the Panthers.
 Abraham Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for West Philadelphia, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 8-11 record this season.
 Abraham Lincoln came up short against the Speedboys when the teams last played  back in February of 2023, falling  54-41. Thankfully for Abraham Lincoln,  Jaden Williams (who  scored 19 points along with seven  rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
