It was fun while it lasted, but Lee's Summit's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Tuesday. They fell to the Blue Valley North Mustangs 69-65. The loss was the Tigers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lee's Summit fell to 4-1. As for Blue Valley North, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lee's Summit will take on Belton in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Blue Valley North, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Metro Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
