Baseball Recap: Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wins Going Away Against Mount Vernon

After only two runs in their last game, Saint John Paul the Great Catholic made sure to put some runs up on the board against Mount Vernon on Wednesday. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic put the hurt on Mount Vernon with a sharp 13-2 victory. Considering the Wolves' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Saint John Paul the Great Catholic is 2-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 1-4 otherwise.

On the hitting side, Liam Kennedy was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
