Bloom made the biggest jump in the standings this week, moving from sixth to first place in Southland thanks to a 1-2 record over the past seven days. Meanwhile,
Rich East fell hardest in the standings, dropping from second all the way to fifth place after going 1-2 in the past week.
Rich Central's pitching staff had a strong showing this week, allowing only 13 hits and five walks, both of which led the league.
Thornwood's
Darrius Gilbert struck out eight the Rockets hitters en route to a 5-4 victory on March 28. Over his three innings pitched he allowed four runs on three hits.
Matthew Cole drove in seven runners on Monday in the Olympians' 17-5 victory over the Meteors. He went 4-for-5 and scored four runs.
