After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sachse, Lakeview Centennial was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the South Garland Titans as the Lakeview Centennial Patriots made off with an 18-4 victory. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Lakeview Centennial's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-9. As for South Garland, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakeview Centennial will host Naaman Forest at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lakeview Centennial is facing Naaman Forest at the right time seeing as Naaman Forest is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for South Garland, it'll be Northside v. Southside when they and North Garland meet at 6:30 p.m. on March 14th.
