Franklin has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on the Summit Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Franklin has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
Even though Franklin has not done well against the Spartans recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Franklin took down the Spartans 64-46.
Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Summit, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.
Franklin strolled past the Spartans in their previous matchup on Wednesday by a score of 64-46. The rematch might be a little tougher for Franklin since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
