The Braymer Bobcats lost against the Cameron Dragons back in January of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Braymer fell 50-41 to Cameron. While losing is never fun, Braymer can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 289th, while Cameron is ranked 129th).
Cameron got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Isabel Robinson out in front who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Eme Teel, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
This is the second loss in a row for Braymer and nudges their season record down to 8-6. As for Cameron, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Braymer will take on Keytesville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cameron, they will be playing at home against Benton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
