The Clarence Red Devils put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Lockport 43-16 at home. Considering Clarence has won five contests by more than 20 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Despite the loss, Lockport still got an impressive performance from Shey Williams, who rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries. Williams was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 60 yards.
Clarence pushed their record up to 11-0 with that victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.1 points per game. As for Lockport, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4.
Clarence will face off against East/World of Inquiry at 8:00 p.m. on November 17th. East/World of Inquiry is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. Lockport does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
