Tawas Area not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 14th (when they won 17-0). They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Oscoda Owls. The Braves haven't had any issues with the Owls recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Marisol Klinger, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and two runs. Nora Kassuba was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Tawas Area's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Oscoda, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tawas Area will take on Heston Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Oscoda, they will challenge Rogers City at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
