Bogan is a perfect 4-0 against King since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bengals will take on the Jaguars at 4:30 p.m. Bogan is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.
Bogan is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Agricultural Science just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 9-4 to the Cyclones.

Elliot Patterson led a balanced group of hitters, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last six times he's played. Alexiel Mendez Vigo was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask King). They walked away with a 24-19 win over South Shore International on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Jaguars.
Sam Roma was a standout: he got on base in all six of his plate appearances with five stolen bases, five runs, and six RBI. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in hits (four). Another player making a difference was Ryan Thompson, who got on base in all six of his plate appearances with four stolen bases, five runs, and three RBI.
King always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .800. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in three consecutive matches.
The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Bogan, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-2.
Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Bogan hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .425. However, it's not like King struggles in that department as they've averaged .317. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Bogan's way against King in their previous matchup back in May of 2018, as Bogan made off with a 13-3 win. Will the Bengals repeat their success, or do the Jaguars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
