Glass came tearing into Tuesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals), and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the Rustburg Red Devils a 7-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Glass, who have now won 12 games by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Rustburg from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Lukas Potts led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Glass pushed their record up to 13-2-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 33 goals over those five matchups. As for Rustburg, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10-1 record this season.
