Jaxon Hudson put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Thursday. He struck out four batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. He has become a key player for Herrin: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 6-9 otherwise.
