Alex Nicholson Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Fort Bragg was led to victory by Alex Nicholson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Nicholson rushed for 221 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (120.6) per game. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
If history really does repeat itself, Nicholson might just drop another big game when he faces off against Upper Lake on Friday. The win made it two in a row for St. Helena and bumps their season record up to 2-3. Covarrubias and St. Helena will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Middletown at 7:00 p.m.
