The Chittenango Bears will be home for the holidays to greet the General Brown Lions at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Chittenango has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 350 points over their last five matchups.
Last Friday, everything came up roses for Chittenango at home against Homer as the squad secured a 68-38 victory. The victory was just what Chittenango needed coming off of a 77-57 defeat in their prior match.
It was another big night for Ryan Moesch, who scored 31 points. That makes it six consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Chittenango's points. Another player making a difference was Jacob Bell, who scored seven points.
Meanwhile, General Brown's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Friday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a rough 62-26 loss at the hands of Lowville. General Brown was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-8.
Chittenango's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for General Brown, they bumped their record down to 0-3 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
