Providence Academy has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Christian Academy of Knoxville Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Tennessee (Providence Academy is ranked 247th, while Christian Academy of Knoxville is ranked 260th).
Last Tuesday, Providence Academy ended up a good deal behind Grace Christian Academy and lost 51-37. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Providence Academy has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Christian Academy of Knoxville entered their tilt with King's Academy with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Christian Academy of Knoxville strolled past King's Academy with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 52-36.
Bennett Simerlein continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 17 points. Another player making a difference was Bryson White, who scored eight points along with six rebounds.
Providence Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Christian Academy of Knoxville, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-11 record this season.
Providence Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Christian Academy of Knoxville when the teams last played back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 47-42 victory.
