Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lee-Scott Academy). They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 12-10 victory over the Pike Liberal Arts Patriots on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Warriors considering their two-run performance the game before.

Lee-Scott Academy's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-9-1. As for Pike Liberal Arts, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-8.

Lee-Scott Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 7-2 victory against Glenwood on the 3rd. As for Pike Liberal Arts, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-2 defeat against Zion Chapel on the 3rd.
