Dumont and Tenafly are an even 3-3 against one another since January of 2015, but not for long. The Dumont Huskies will head out on the road to face off against the Tenafly Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, Dumont beat Cliffside Park 60-52.
Meanwhile, even though Cresskill scored an imposing 64 points on Saturday, Tenafly still came out on top. Tenafly walked away with a 71-64 victory over Cresskill.
Dumont's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Tenafly, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Dumont came up short against Tenafly in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, falling 54-43. Can Dumont avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
