Meanwhile, North Montgomery suffered a tough 45-21 loss at the hands of Tri-West Hendricks on Tuesday.
West Lafayette's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for North Montgomery, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.
Everything came up roses for West Lafayette against North Montgomery in their previous meeting back in December of 2022 as the squad secured a 89-18 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for West Lafayette since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
