The Chuckey-Doak Black Knights will head out on the road to face off against the South Greene Rebels at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Chuckey-Doak is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.

Chuckey-Doak took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand South Greene a 10-0 shutout.

Cooper Seay was incredible, going 1-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those RBI marked the first that he brought in this season. Another player making a difference was Shane Cook, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Chuckey-Doak pushed their record up to 3-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for South Greene, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
