Softball Recap: Lasalle Beats Fairview for Their 13th Straight Win

LaSalle waltzed into their matchup on Friday with 12 straight wins... but they left with 13. They put the hurt on the Fairview Panthers with a sharp 20-1 win. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 22 games by six runs or more this season.

LaSalle pushed their record up to 27-4 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.1 runs over those games. As for Fairview, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.

LaSalle wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-2 victory against Grace Christian on the 14th. As for Fairview, they will welcome Glenmora at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
