There's no place like home for Westminster Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They put the hurt on the College Prep of America Thunder with a sharp 50-30 win on Wednesday. The Warriors' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Esther Miller, who posted 22 points. Another player making a difference was Mia Craig, who earned ten points.

Despite the loss, College Prep of America still got an impressive performance from Zainab Nazeer, who put up 22 points and seven steals. Nazeer has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 25 times she's played.

Westminster Christian moved to 1-6 with that victory, which also ended their seven-game losing streak. As for College Prep of America, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian will take on Harvest Christian Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Harvest Christian Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for College Prep of America, they will challenge Universal at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
