The Clinton Cougars need to shore up a defense that is allowing 70.11 points per game before their game on Thursday. They are staying on the road to face off against the Jefferson Eagles. Clinton is still on the hunt for that elusive first W.
The Cougars received a tough blow on Monday as they fell 55-40 to Parkview.
Meanwhile, Jefferson was completely in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Whitewater 75-44 on the road.
Jefferson's win lifted them to 8-13 while Clinton's defeat dropped them down to 0-19. We'll see if Jefferson can repeat their recent success or if Clinton bounces back and reverse their fortune.
