The longest pass in the league this week came courtesy of Chester's Jake Cowan. He connected with Brad Asselmeier on a 52-yard pass as the Yellowjackets lost to Althoff Catholic.
Chester's Cowan and Caleb Arbeiter have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Black Diamond in both passing and receiving yards. Cowan has thrown for 864 yards this season, while Arbeiter, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 24 catches for 456 yards. Dyllan Bailey from Fairfield leads the league in rushing with 1165 yards.
Brian McClanahan has rushed for 938 yards on 169 carries so far this year.
