The West Forsyth Titans entered their tilt with the Reagan Raiders with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. West Forsyth came out on top against the Raiders by a score of 34-27 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as West Forsyth also won the last time the pair played back in January.
West Forsyth can attribute much of their success to Emma Staples, who scored 18 points along with three steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Staples has scored at least a third of West Forsyth's points. Campbell McClain was another key contributor, scoring three points along with six rebounds and six steals.
West Forsyth pushed their record up to 11-7 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Reagan, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Forsyth will take on the War Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Davie focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Friday. As for Reagan, they will be playing at home against the Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Parkland is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
