While Guilderland put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Albany. The Flying Dutchmen simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Falcons 38-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Flying Dutchmen's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 124th, while the Falcons are ranked 308th).

Guilderland's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Albany, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-1.

Coming up, Guilderland will head out on the road to square off against Schenectady at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Flying Dutchmen are facing the Patriots at the right time seeing as the Patriots are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Albany, they will challenge Shaker at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bison's defense has only allowed 14.2 points per game this season, so the Falcons' offense will have their work cut out for them.
