Boyle County added to the longest winning streak in 4A District 5 this week by beating George Rogers Clark, 34-17. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
Mercer County lost to Anderson County 55-21 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Mercer County's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Titans feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Drew Davis has thrown for 759 yards and 8 touchdowns this season, while Lane Peavler has 10 catches for 294 yards.
