North Sand Mountain strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Section Lions 57-7. With the Bison ahead 28-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
A big part of North Sand Mountain's win came down to the chemistry between Jack Johnson and his top target Kade Davis. Johnson picked up 28 receiving yards and one touchdown while Davis rushed for 80 yards and one TD on only nine carries. Jaxyn Lankster made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
North Sand Mountain was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 228 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Section only rushed for six.
