Despite the loss, Coshocton still got an impressive performance from Colton Conkle, who scored 24 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The contest was Conkle's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Gage Wright, who scored seven points.
Coshocton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for New Lexington, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.
Coshocton will be home for the holidays to greet Crooksville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Crooksville will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 643rd, while Coshocton is ranked 73rd). As for New Lexington, they will head out on the road to face off against West Muskingum at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Muskingum and New Lexington are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
