Connor Swasey Dazzles in Grand County Loss
Starting off the list is Grand County's Connor Swasey, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Swasey rushed for 135 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry, and also picked up 64 receiving yards. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
For the season, Swasey has run in three touchdowns while averaging 56.2 rushing yards per game.

San Juan Wins Third-Straight Thanks to Jagger Nieves

San Juan's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1. Nieves and San Juan will square off against Judge Memorial Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Dowd Posts Huge Game in 42-41 Defeat
Another Grand County player making an appearance on this list is JT Dowd. He rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 133 yards on only 12 passes.

South Sevier Benefited from Palmer in 35-21 Defeat
South Sevier was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Boston Palmer did his best to prevent it. Palmer turned in nothing short of a gem: he rushed for 57 yards, and also caught a touchdown.
South Sevier's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-2. Palmer will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Providence Hall on Friday.
