This season hasn't been kind to the Ingram Moore Warriors, who are still winless after their 12th matchup. They lost to Blanco on the road by a decisive 35-21 margin on Friday. Ingram Moore lost against Blanco in their previous head to head back in January of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 51-26 score last time.
Mina Broyles was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds for Blanco. Broyles is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Candice Lopez was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with three steals.
Ingram Moore's loss was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-12. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 28.3 points per game. As for Blanco, their win bumped their record up to 10-14.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ingram Moore will take on Brady at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blanco, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Florence at 6:30 p.m. Florence is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.
