You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Farwell's strategy against Sudan on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Farwell Steers blew the Sudan Hornets out of the water with a 78-33 final score. The Steers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 31 points or more this season.

Farwell pushed their record up to 21-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Sudan, Bovina, and Lockney. As for Sudan, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

Farwell will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lockney at 8:00 p.m. As for Sudan, they are taking a road trip to face off against Bovina at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
