Despite the defeat, Princeton had strong showings from Aubrey Johnson, who scored ten points along with three blocks, and Kaydon Roberson, who scored eight points along with four steals. Roberson scored a full 28.6% of Princeton's points, the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Princeton struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Audrey Teasley continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for C.B. Aycock, scoring 15 points along with nine steals. The matchup was Teasley's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bree Jones, who scored ten points along with nine rebounds and four steals.
Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for C.B. Aycock, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-5.
