Meanwhile, Genoa Christian Academy entered their tilt with Delaware Christian with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Genoa Christian Academy managed a 32-28 victory over Delaware Christian on Tuesday.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Genoa Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Zane Groves, who scored six points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Kirura, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Liberty Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Genoa Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.
Liberty Christian Academy took a serious blow against Genoa Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 59-29. The match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Liberty Christian Academy was down 30-8.
