Kirkwood entered their tilt with Eureka on Tuesday with four consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with five. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 53-47 W against the Eureka Wildcats. For the Pioneers, this counts as revenge for the 60-45 win the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Kirkwood pushed their record up to 11-11 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Eureka, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kirkwood will face off against Pattonville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eureka, they will square off against Parkway West at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
