It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Maysville had no problem doing just that on Monday. They took down East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] 73-56. The victory continues a trend for the Wolverines in their matchups with East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax]: they've now won three in a row.

Despite the loss, East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Brody Wennihan to rack up 18 points. Wennihan is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 60% in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Colton Hall, who posted 11 points and five boards.
