The Plum Mustangs will be home for the holidays to greet the Freeport Yellowjackets at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Friday, things could have been worse for Plum, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 61-43 loss to Hampton. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Plum has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Freeport suffered a tough 66-44 loss at the hands of Armstrong on Friday. While losing is never fun, Freeport can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 425th, while Armstrong is ranked 155th).
Plum has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Freeport, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
