In what's become a running theme this season, the Hanover-Horton Comets gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They claimed a resounding 75-42 victory over Addison at home. Winning may never get old, but Hanover-Horton sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Hanover-Horton was led to victory by Luke Soper and Logan Blackledge. Soper dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds, while Blackledge scored 22 points along with seven assists and three steals. Blackledge hasn't dropped below 19 points for six straight games. John Wallbaum was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Hanover-Horton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for Addison, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hanover-Horton will take on the Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Concord is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for Addison, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
