The Crossroads Christian Crusaders won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They took a serious blow against Real Life Christian Academy, falling 90-44.
Real Life Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Leewood Whitfield, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 assists. It was the first time this season that Whitfield posted eight or more assists. Alex Patterson was another key contributor, scoring 21 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Crossroads Christian now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Real Life Christian Academy, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 19-3.
Crossroads Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Real Life Christian Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
