Live Oak Classical put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Brazos Christian Eagles by a score of 52-40. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 38-37 loss the last time these two teams met.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Live Oak Classical to victory, but perhaps none more so than Claire Cordell, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine boards. Cordell is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least three every time she's taken the court this season. Audrey Pahmiyer was another key player, putting up 14 points along with five rebounds and four steals.

Live Oak Classical smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

Live Oak Classical's record now sits at 4-0. As for Brazos Christian, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Live Oak Classical will venture away from home to face off against St. Joseph Catholic at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Brazos Christian, they will welcome Normangee at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
