On Monday, Mojave didn't have quite enough to beat Lone Pine and fell  3-2. While the Mustangs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Golden Eagles  25-19 in the first  set.
 Mojave started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 26-28, 26-24, 25-16,  15-13.
Meanwhile, Immanuel Christian had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Thursday. They walked away with  a   3-1  victory over the Tigers.
 The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 22-25,  25-20.
 Mojave's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12-1. As for Immanuel Christian, their win bumped their record up to 14-16.
 Mojave couldn't quite get it done against Immanuel Christian when the teams last played  two weeks ago as they fell  3-1. Can the Mustangs avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
